0 is in range. It is one digit, so it is not Six Digits. The site also has a badge whose condition is “the number zero”. 1 is in range as well. 1,000,000 is the top of the range and is the One Million badge, which is a high printed EP, not a low one. Nothing on the about page says the game pads numbers to six digits, so 0 is the text “0”, not “000000”.

That padding point is how I read the six-digit probability. If every roll were stored as six digits with leading zeros, “exactly six digits” would be almost every roll, not 90.0%. The 90.0% figure matches the 900,000 six-digit integers inside 1,000,001 values. I am using that as a check on the reading, and I am labeling the padding rule as an inference from the probability, not as a sentence I found on the about page.

What I checked myself

I sorted the badge table upward this time. Six Digits is 111 EP at 90.0%, then Pair at 120, Neighbors at 161, Void at 167, and Even at 200. A six-digit number is anything from 100000 to 999999, which is why that badge covers about nine tenths of the range. A “worst” roll still picks up common badges. I do not believe a total of 0 EP is possible if those common rules apply, but I will not invent the minimum official total.
