Badge rarity “uncommon” means the about page’s 1–10% band. That is separate from number rarity, which ranks the whole roll’s EP. Count coded matches, including this one, in the badge finder. The rest of the set is on all badges.

What I checked myself

I opened the Sandwich badge page and copied those three figures before writing anything else. Then I checked the shape on a few numbers by hand. 121 qualifies: the ends are 1 and the middle is not. 111 does not, because nothing between the ends is different. 22 is too short to have a middle. A community count of 99,954 values lines up with the rounded 10.0% on the official page. I still label 99,954 as that count, not as a number rngdle.com printed.
