There is a separate Scramble badge: all digits form a consecutive sequence when sorted. Mini Scramble only needs a window of three or more. Do not merge them. Count this rule in the badge finder or inspect one number in the sandbox.

What I checked myself

I tested the sentence on 130. Sorted, those three digits are 0, 1, 3, which is not a run, so it should fail. On 132 they sort to 1, 2, 3, which is a run, so it should pass. The finder uses that reading: a window of at least three neighboring digits, all different, that become consecutive after sorting. I am stating the reading because the official page does not give an example number.
